1. Scope of Services

Packer n Mover provides relocation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate & Office Shifting

  • Household Goods Relocation

  • IT Equipment Movement

  • Vehicle Transportation

  • Storage & Warehousing

  • Pet Relocation

Each service is carried out by trained professionals under the Mak Removals operational framework.

2. Quotes and Estimates

  • All quotes provided via website forms, phone, or email are preliminary estimates based on the details shared by the customer.

  • The final cost may vary depending on factors such as volume of goods, distance, service type, floor access, packaging needs, and additional requests.

  • Packer n Mover reserves the right to modify or revise quotations if there are discrepancies between the provided and actual information.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking confirmation is required to schedule relocation services.

  • Advance payment may be requested at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before or upon delivery.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateway.

  • All transactions are securely processed, and invoices will be provided.

Failure to make timely payment may result in service delay or cancellation.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel bookings by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee to cover operational costs.

  • Packer n Mover reserves the right to postpone or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, transport strikes, safety issues).

5. Packing and Handling

  • Our team uses high-quality packing materials to ensure goods are transported safely.

  • Clients are advised to declare fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before packing.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect declarations, inadequate packaging (if self-packed), or handling by third parties.

6. Transit and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated based on route, distance, and logistics conditions.

  • Delays caused by weather, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns are sometimes unavoidable and will be communicated promptly.

  • Clients must be present or have an authorized representative at the delivery address during unloading and verification.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Transit insurance is optional but highly recommended.

  • In case of loss or damage, claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Liability is limited to the insurance coverage opted for, or otherwise restricted to the service charges paid for that move.

  • Packer n Mover shall not be liable for indirect losses such as emotional distress, data loss, or missed business opportunities.

8. Storage and Warehousing

  • Storage services are billed monthly or weekly, depending on the agreement.

  • Items left beyond the agreed duration may incur additional charges.

  • Clients must maintain updated contact information and clear dues before retrieval.

9. Pet Relocation

  • Pet relocation is carried out with utmost care following safety and welfare standards.

  • Clients must provide valid health and vaccination certificates before travel.

  • While we ensure best practices, we cannot be held responsible for stress-related issues or health conditions arising from the move.

10. Use of Website

  • Copy, distribute, or misuse content, text, or images without permission

  • Attempt to breach security features or access restricted areas

Any misuse may result in suspension of access and legal action if required.

Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by the customer.
